He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Worley and Roxie Worley; his brother Charles Worley; and his nephew Jeff Ford. He is survived by: his wife Suzy Worley; his children, Scott Worley (Scarlet), Roxie Smith (Adam) and Christy Everhart (James); and his siblings, Shirley Ford, Lawrence Wayne Worley, Susan Eubanks (Randy) and Darrell Worley (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
