She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Reed Wells, Sr.; her parents, Emmett Roscoe Perkins and Exie Borden Hall Perkins; and her husband Charlie. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Maples Sterry (Terry), Vicki Lee Wells and Charles R. Wells, Jr. (Alisa); her grandchildren, Russell Knight, Ellen Sterry, Jason Maples (Laura), Zachary Maples (Whitney), Cassie Deal (Ross), Julie Todd (Jordan) and Kasi McDermott; and her great grandchild Felix Maples.
