He was predeceased by: his wife Alyce Ruth Elliott. He is survived by: his children, Darin Elliott, Brooke Elliott, Teresa Elliott, Cylinthia Rice and Renee Moore. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
