He is survived by: his children, Louise Powell-Williams, Barabara Powell-Tukes, Carnell Powell, Hubert Lee Powell, Tyrone Powell, Sylvester Powell, Keith Powell, Veronica Powell-Childers English, Dorneita Jenkins and Cheryl Lurray; and his sister Vernerva Thurston. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
