He is survived by: his wife Reba White Reynolds; and his children, Charles Hampton Reynolds (Nancy) of Covington, Georgia, Richard Hugh Reynolds of Huntsville, Alabama and Katheron Reynolds Latham (Chad) of Chattanooga, Tennessee.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
