He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank Kelly and Sue Maples Kelly; and his daughter Leigh Ann. He is survived by: his wife Betty Nell Johnson; his son David Mark; his grandchildren, Jacob Kelly (Tara) of Harvest, Ala, Joseph Kelly (Laura) of Memphis and Julie Mobley (David) of Madison, Ala; and his brother William F. Kelly (Betty Dean) of Hartselle, Ala. He is also survived by one great-grandson and four great-granddaughters.
