She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Brazier and Bessie Upton Brazier; the father of her children James Winkles; her children, Barbara Scoggins, Judy Mitchell, Mary Jane Rozell, James K. Winkles and Larry Winkles; and her grandson Timothy Melton.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Winkles, Doris Melton and Sherry Winkles Atchley; and her siblings, Darrel Brazier, Diane Moore (Daniel), Barbara Pogue and Nancy Ray. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, as well as 5 great great grandchildren.
