She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Charlie King; her children, Bernice Hunter, David D. Hunter, Bobby Hunter, Isaac B. King and Marie Hunter; and her siblings, Ezekiel Fletcher, Maple Twitty and Elizabeth Lockett (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Hunter of Athens, AL, Elijah Hunter of Athens, AL and Gloria Davis (Calvin) of Athens, AL; and her sisters, Peggy Gordon (Henry) of Athens, AL and Ella Wee Gray (Lee) of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
