He was predeceased by: his parents, Titus Blyden and Rosita Blyden; and his siblings, Leroy Blyden, Yvonne Eunice Blyden Moolenaar and Marion Watson.
He is survived by: his wife Leonila Blyden (Lila); and his children, Jeanette Blyden, Michelle Blyden, Fred Blyden, Michael Blyden, Robert Blyden, Barbara Ems and Sheila Schofill. He is also survived by 24 Grandchildren and 10 Great-grandchildren.
