She was predeceased by: her mother Jeanetta Goalen White (Donald Cook); her grandparents, Alda and James Goalen (Granny); her brother Larry Hugh Adkins; and her in-laws, Evelyn and Robert Chamberlain.
She is survived by: her husband David Chamberlain; her daughters, Beth Hereford (Brian Flint) and Catherine Hereford; her grandson Maren Hereford; her stepfather Donald White (Papa Don); her nieces, Aliyah Adkins and Sophia Carroll; her brother Darryl Adkins; and her nephews, Trey Adkins and Benjamin Stagner. She is also survived by many cousins, as well as her extended family and many loving friends.
