It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Busing of Madison, Alabama, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Busing and Josephine Voss Busing; his wife Betty Leist Busing; and his brother Robert "Bob" Busing of New York. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Busing (Linda) of Lenexa, KS, Wayne Busing (Sherry) of Glasgow, KY, Douglas Busing of Priceville, Paul Busing (Darlene) of Madison, Terry Busing (Allison) of Franklin, TN, Patrick Busing (Wendi) of Decatur and Donna Jo Busing Sims (Alan) of Decatur; his brother Roger Busing of New York; and his grandchildren, Gordon Busing, Cody Busing, Kadi Yoder, Amy Potter, Justin Jackson, Nick Jackson, Joshua Busing, Jordan Busing, Jacob Busing, Andrew Busing, Amelia Busing, Mathew Busing, Hannah Busing and Chandler Busing. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19 the mass will be a private family mass.
