She is survived by: her stepdaughter Chris (J. D. Frey); her stepgranddaughter Maggie of Huntsville, AL; her stepson Steven (Laura Heckler); her stepgranddaughter Grace of Watford; her stepdaughter England; her sister-in-law Ethel Garrett of Baytown, TX; her nephews, Ken Garrett (Vicki) of Decatur, AL, David Garrett (Roshaun) and Ron Garrett (Angie) of Missouri City, TX; her niece Ann Garrett Fehring (Bob) of Baytown, TX; and her stepson Paul Robert Humerick (Teresa) of Priceville, AL..

She was on past boards for the Board of Directors for the ARC of Morgan County and the Epilepsy Foundation of America.
