He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Raymond and Maebelle Randolph (Palmer); his wife Dorothy Baker (Dot); and his siblings, Virgil Randolph Jr., Harold Randolph and Jewell Randolph Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla Rock (Stacey); his grandchildren, Rachel Rock, Samuel Rock and Thomas Rock; and his siblings, Harper Randolph and Ruth Randolph Spencer.
