She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Patterson Frank, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruby DePalma, William Tugman, Effie Shelton, Eugene Tugman and Elsie Huebner.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Marie Anderson of Madison, AL, James Patterson Frank, Jr. of St. Pete, FL, Kimberley Frank Engebretson of Tampa, FL and Christina Frank Kieser of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
The family will be hosting a reception following Mass.
