She is survived by: her sister Carol Millican of Jacksonville, Florida; her daughter Carolyn Coleman Plank; her granddaughter Jessica of Madison, Alabama; her sons, James H. Coleman of Hartselle, Alabama and Chris Hale (Felicia); her grandsons, Brice and Blaine of Falkville, Alabama; her son Philip Hale (Ashley Elizabeth); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Kaitlin, Emily, William and Benjamin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
