It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ben Tate (Madison, Alabama), who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his daughter Addison; his parents, Doug Tate and Julia Tate; and his siblings, Anita Tate and Zachary (Cathie). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.
