He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn and Leslie Smith Sr.; and his brother Leslie Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Smith; his children, Tylee Smith Kessler and Nathan Smith; and his grandchildren, Lyndy, Katherine Smith, Charlie and Dani Kessler.
