She was predeceased by: her husband Chesterfee Townsend; her parents, William Calvin Barnes and Sarah Rosa Barnes; her son Jerry Wayne Townsend; and her stepchildren, Horace Townsend, Grady Townsend, Mildred Mann and Lois Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Marie Guthrie (Garland); her granddaughters, Vicki Guthrie, Kathy Snell and Rhonda Gilliland (Chris); her great grandchildren, Devin Norris, Chloe Gilliland, Haylee Gilliland, Meagan Snell, Phillip Snell and Kaleb Snell; her great great grandchildren, Michael J'Kobi Castillo, James Preston Hogeland and Lyla Rose Snell; and her brother Lloyd Ray Barnes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
