It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Louise Alsup of Lynn, Alabama, born in Jasper, Alabama, who passed away on December 24, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Mayo McKleroy; her sister Tina Miles; and her brother-in-law William Horace Stephens. She is survived by: her mother Louise McKleroy; her husband Keith Alsup; her children, Brad (Magen) and Delisha Sims (Brian); her grandchildren, Hannah Grace, Will Alsup, Joley, Ty Sims, Sam Miller and Amy Smith (Austin); her great grandchild Charlie Lawrence; and her siblings-in-law, Derrell Stephens (Linda), Carol Overby (Dan) and Kathy Stephens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and close friends.
