He is survived by: his wife Janice Collins; his daughters, Deb Willis (Philip) and Michelle Collins; his grandchildren, Beth Phelps (Tracy), Zack Willis (Brittany), Preston Collins and Kaylee Collins; his great grandchildren, Zayden, Keon, Jeremiah Phelps, Addy Faith and Josiah Willis; his siblings, Clinton, Clifford Collins, Ruby Stanley and Pearl Azam; and his daughter Vanessa Tidwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
