She was predeceased by: her husband Willard Cornelius; her children, Darell Cornelius and Lydia Lenae Cornelius Wilson; her great grandchild Allie Cochran; her parents, William Foster Wood and Lydia Sutton Wood; and her sisters, Mary Sue Dawson, Dorothy Hanner, Nethel Garrison and Gail Redding.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Cornelius (Gwen) and Patricia Norris; and her brother William Foster Wood Jr. (Phyllis). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
