He is survived by: his wife June Ray Sipper; his daughter-in-law Diane McNeil Sipper; his grandson Clayton Tyrone Sipper (Krystalyn); his great grandchildren, Skylar Addison Sipper and Karlyn Addison Duffell; and his sister Edna Ruth Sipper Richburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
