He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewitt Collins and Faye Hudson Canterbury. He is survived by: his daughter Shelli Canterbury Dean; his grandchildren, Grace Dean and Eli Dean; his brother Michael Canterbury; and his pets, Isabella and Oreo.
