She was predeceased by: her husband Sikes Sr.; her parents, Boma Layton and Ada Ethel Baggett Layton; her siblings, Will H. Layton, Thomas Layton and Della Seymour; her niece Ronda S. Tuggle; and her nephew Richard S. Seymour.
She is survived by: her grandson Ben Sikes (Casey); and her nieces and nephews, Daphne S. Worley (Michael), Dr. Rebecca L. Simmons (Neil), Thomas Layton and Will Layton (Angie).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association, the Montgomery Cancer Wellness Foundation, or one's favorite charity.
