In the vast expanse of eternity, Samuel Vernon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Edison and Lois Teague Sipper; and his sister Shirley Sipper. He is survived by: his wife Janette Stewart Sipper; his daughters, Jennifer (Kris Blackmon) and Angela (Adam Hall); his grandsons, Will Blackmon, Carter Blackmon, Garrett Hall and Grant Hall; and his brother Kenneth Sipper (Janie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
