He was predeceased by: his son Richard Travis Brown Jr.; his parents, Fred Brown and Flora Bell Penn Brown; his brothers, Colbert Brown and Hollis Brown; and his niece Debbie Brown Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Roslyn Benton Brown; his sons, Hollis Troy Brown (Anne) and Scott Benton Brown (Lisa Lindsey); his daughter-in-law Audrey Brown; his grandchildren, Heather Wetzel (Eric), Travis Brown, Tyler Brown (Tori) and Anna Kate Hernando (William); his great grandchildren, Colton Wetzel and Anna Beth Wetzel; his niece Dee Dee Brown Elliott; and his nephews, Doug Brown (Rita) and Danny Brown (Kim). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
