He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavon Register and Mary Beasley Register. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jeffcoat Register; his sons, Brent Register (Lisa) and Brian "Booger" Register; his grandchildren, Taylor P. Bailey (David), Taylor L. Fuller (Billy), Dustin Register (Harleigh Collum), TyLynn Register, Shelby Register, Natalee Register, Brent "Boody" Register Jr., Sydney Register, Sarah Register, Maloree Register and Sawyer Register; his great grandchildren, Greyson Fuller and Kynslee Fuller; and his brother Jerry Register (Mary Lou). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.
