He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wood Norris; and his children, Evelyn Lori Norris, Julia Lynn Norris Schultz, Julius Nelson Norris III, Deidra Jenelle Norris, Natalie Nicole Norris, Iris Ayana Duncan and Vera Laine Duncan. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
