With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Ann Sipper of Luverne, Alabama, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Burgans and Bessie Flournoy Burgans; and her sisters, Pearl Hodge and Laura Tatum. She is survived by: her husband Charles Philip Sipper; her sons, Steven (Mieke Sipper) and Tim (Cindy Sipper); her grandchildren, Matthew Sipper (Lacey), Laken Best (Tyler), Nikki Sipper and Savannah Wise (Gunner); her great grandchildren, Emilee Sipper, Tucker Best, Lorali Sipper, Ridge Best and Jake Wise; and her siblings, Danny Burgans, Mary McGough and Kenny Burgans. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Her home radiating with her thoughtfulness and Christian love and charity.
