He is survived by: his wife Tammy Summers Tadlock; his children, Justin Tadlock, Amy Franklin (Kyle) and Sonya Payne (Matt); his grandchildren, Bradey Peavy, Archer Peavy Hunter Thomas, Georgia Payne, Lila Payne, Sarah Payne and Ada Rae Franklin; and his siblings, Charles Tadlock (Shelia), David Tadlock (Linda) and Kim Smiley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
