He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Coggins and Raye Taylor Coggins. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Coggins; his son Cley Coggins; and his siblings, Larry Coggins (Janice) and Tina Bell (Ernie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and co-workers.
