He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Foster (District Missionary) and Mary Foster of Luverne, Alabama.; and his sisters, Mary Dean Foster and Mary Helen Foster-Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Ashley Nicole Foster and Frank Foster III of Columbus; and his siblings, Anna Jean Foster-Ballard (Randy), La'Tanya Foster-Johnson and Willie E. Foster, Sr. (Marlene) of Youngstown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
