She was predeceased by: her children, Arlene McCoy and Edwin McCoy (Charolette); and her parents, Morris McCoy and Ida Mae McCoy. She is survived by: her daughter Shirley McCoy; her grandchildren, Denise, Khadijah, Elizabeth, Dennis, Tucuna, Kaleera and Pelaiah; her siblings, Jimmie Lee McCoy, Mae Julia Warren (Eddie) and Barbara McCoy; her sister-in-law Viola McCoy; her goddaughter Theresa Moorer; and also Elder Wayne Lampley. She is also survived by seven siblings.
