She is survived by: her children, Alicia Bentley, Leslie Caldwell (Brian) and Rick Weir (Jessica); her grandchildren, Amber Hubert, Hunter Bentley, Alexis Caldwell, Dakota Caldwell, Danielle Frazier and Gage Weir; her great grandchild Remington Ward; and her siblings, William "Billy" Shirley (Judy) and Sherry Debusky (John). She is also survived by family members and friends.
