He is survived by: his children, Wayne Franklin (Edwina), Kathy Franklin and Melissa Waters (Matthew); his grandchildren, Stephanie Waters (Shane), Ryan Waters (Kaitlin Bartlett) and Summer Waters (Ethan Pfleger); his great grandchildren, Taylor Causey (Ashton) and Brittany Gatlin (Michael); and his great great grandchildren, Ethan Waters, Caleb Causey and Raelynn Causey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
