She is survived by: her husband James Edward Turner; her children, Jennifer Butts (Ray), Travis Tally (Mandy), Hope Turner, Heather Warrick (Jody) and Holly Tompkins (Josh); her grandchildren, Kailyn, Tray Butts, Will, Wes Tally, Lawson, Leah Warrick and Sawyer Tompkins; and her sisters, Virginia Spratlin and Elaine Adair (Randy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
