She was predeceased by: her brother Warren D. Linville. She is survived by: her children, Emmett L. Foley Jr., Charles Dane Foley and Kay Foley Gartman (Rick); and her grandchildren, Gwen Vaughan (Keith), Emmett L. Foley III (Hope), Sherril Traughber, Laney Gartman Marsh (Craig), Richard Stephen Gartman Jr. (Jennie) and Chase Foley (Shelley). She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, one niece, and many more loving family members and friends.
