She was predeceased by: her husband John Lewis Folsom, Sr.; and her brother Gerald W. Pruett. She is survived by: her siblings, Luverne Ratliff of Demopolis, AL and Eddie Pruett of Uniontown, AL; and her sons, John L. Folsom, Jr. (Betty Ann) of Columbus, MS, Michael T. Folsom (Rita) of Clayton, NC, Kenneth L. Folsom (Sharon) of Loxley, AL and Stephen Christopher Folsom (Tina) of Helena, AL. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
