She was predeceased by: her father Bay Booker. She is survived by: her mother Delby Tatum Booker; her siblings, Wesley Booker (Kia) and Wendy Alford (Joe); her nephew Caleb Alford; her nieces, Lauren Alford and Kaci Secchiari; and her pet Vinnie.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Susan G Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer.
