He is survived by: his wife Lilly Middleton of Loxley, AL; his sons, Jeff Middleton of Loxley, AL, Brian Middleton of Loxley, AL and Gavin Middleton (Jenna) of Panama City, FL; his siblings, Mildred Taylor of Daphne, AL, Jeanette Katsinas of Columbus, GA and J. W. "Pete" Middleton (Nell) of Loxley, AL; and his grandchildren, Presley, Bryson and Haddie.
