He is survived by: his wife Sara "Dobbie" Weaver of Loxley, AL; his children, Kae Davis (Brian) of Robertsdale, AL and Tim Weaver of Loxley, AL; and his siblings, Tallulah Herford (Gus) of Montana, Nina Contestible (Lou) of Mobile, AL, Ray Weaver (Beverly) of Loxley, AL, Charles Weaver (Brenda) of Mobile, AL and Marcus Weaver (Debbie) of Tennessee. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
