He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Nelson Weaver; and his grandson Jace Waters. He is survived by: his children, Julie Waters (Jim), David Weaver (Lisa), Duane Weaver and Janie Mothershed (Steve); and his siblings, Talullah Herford, Nina Contestible, Charles Weaver and Marcus Weaver. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
