Larry Hovey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2021, at the age of 69, Larry Hovey of Louisville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, F. D. Hovey and Willie Lou Faircloth Hovey; his brothers, Ronnie Harold Hovey and Jimmy Carlton Hovey; and his brothers-in-law, Leslie Dean Thompson, Jerome Strickland and Bruce Strickland.
He is survived by: his wife Roselyn Hovey; his daughter Jennifer Hovey (Jodie Knight) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Dylan Myers (Hannah) of Dakota Knight, Tucker Knight of Louisville and Paisley Rayne Myers; his sisters, Barbara Houston (Leon) of Millbrook, AL, Connie Bledsole (Billy Ray) of Clayton and Brenda Corbett (Burtrum "Burt") of Crawford, AL; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Long (Larry) of Skipperville, Mary Frances Thompson of Louisville, Marietha Strickland of Eufaula and Ronnie Strickland (Gayle) of Dothan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
