He is survived by: his sons, Buster Hulsey (Leah), David Hulsey (Kallen) and Tracy Hulsey (Angela Johnson); his sisters, Clarene Reid, Naomi Lynn, Juanita Johnson and Linda Clardy; his grandchildren, Aaron Hulsey (Ashley), Stefan Hulsey (Elena), Drew Hulsey (Kari), Tristan Hulsey (Mackenzie) and Christian Hulsey (Maressa Bradford); and his great grandchild Liv Brooklyn Hulsey.
