He is survived by: his children, Carol Michelle Moreno (Gabriel) and Randall Wayne Williams (Sandi); and his siblings, Christeen Tolbert and Carl Williams (Hester). He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; and 5 Great Grandchildren.
