It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edwin Richard Sharpton of Logan, Alabama, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Sharpton and Bertha Sharpton; and his sisters, Mavis Sharpton and Beatrice Cottle. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ruth Guthrie, Billy Sharpton and Harold Sharpton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
