With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Bates McQueen of Logan, Alabama, who passed away on January 13, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Claude and Helen Bates; her husband James Ralph McQueen; her sons, James R. McQueen, Jr. and Ted Ralph McQueen; and her brother Bill Bates.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim McQueen (Betty) and Spencer Bates McQueen (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Mandi Edwards (Charlie), Matt McQueen (Allison) and Hailey Ann McQueen; and her great grandchildren, Will Edwards, Kate Edwards and Cade McQueen. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to your local animal shelter or a charity of your choice in her honor.
