She is survived by: her husband Chip Yaw; her children, Adriana Yaw (Zack Robinson) and Hunter Yaw; her father Sidney Adkins (Wanda); her mother-in-law Jamie Yaw; and her siblings-in-law, George Yaw, Jr. (Mary) and Vickey Motherway (Mike).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her honor.
