He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Monroe and Mattie Henderson Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Lowe Quinn; and his children, Ricky Quinn (Pat), Phillip Quinn (Nedria), Terry Quinn (Robin) and Marsha Hamilton (Dale). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
