He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Thomas" Hollingsworth; his sons, Matthew Paul Hollingsworth (Shannon) and John Russell Hollingsworth (Amy); his siblings, Jessie Curtis Hollingsworth and June Luella Stark (Ralph); his sister-in-law Rochelle Bryant; and his grandchildren, Caleb (Kaley), Clayton, Ashley, Delynn, Shelbie and Emma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
